WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED FILE REVIEWERS

We are seeking experienced File Reviewers with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance claims, restoration, or estimating industry. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of estimating standards, claim documentation, compliance requirements, and carrier review expectations. This role is responsible for ensuring every project file is accurate, complete, organized, and defensible before submission.

The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing scope items, documentation deficiencies, and estimate inaccuracies across complex property loss files.

  • Review estimates, sketches, photos, reports, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify estimate consistency with project scope, carrier guidelines, and internal quality standards.
  • Identify missing line items, scope discrepancies, code-related omissions, and unsupported charges.
  • Maintain organized file structures, communication logs, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Review claim timelines, documentation flow, and file progression for compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate revisions with estimators, project managers, and internal team members as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining company-wide QA procedures and file review standards.
  • Ensure all deliverables are professional, defensible, and ready for carrier or client submission.

Candidates should have extensive experience reviewing residential and commercial property losses including fire, water, storm, and reconstruction-related claims. Strong proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, and insurance claim workflows is required.

This position requires disciplined file management, strong written communication skills, and the ability to maintain high quality standards across every stage of the claim review process.
