WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROPERTY INSPECTORS
We are seeking experienced Property Inspectors to perform detailed residential and commercial loss inspections for insurance-related property claims. This role requires individuals who can accurately document site conditions, capture professional photo documentation, complete sketches, and gather the information necessary to support estimating and claim review operations.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in active loss environments including water, fire, storm, and structural damage claims.
- Perform on-site inspections of residential and commercial property losses.
- Capture complete and organized photo documentation of damaged areas, elevations, materials, and affected components.
- Create accurate floor plan and roof sketches using industry-standard software and field measurements.
- Document damage conditions, material types, room dimensions, and reconstruction-related details.
- Identify visible damage, access limitations, safety concerns, and potential scope considerations.
- Upload and organize inspection photos, notes, sketches, and supporting documentation according to company standards.
- Coordinate with estimators, project managers, contractors, and file reviewers as needed.
- Maintain professional communication and conduct during site inspections and client interactions.
Candidates should have prior experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, adjusting, mitigation, or property inspection services. Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, moisture documentation, and roofing or interior loss inspection procedures is strongly preferred.
This position requires strong observational skills, consistent documentation practices, time management, and the ability to produce accurate field information suitable for estimating, claim review, and carrier submission processes.
