WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to develop relationships with restoration contractors and introduce our estimating and claim support services. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with restoration companies, mitigation firms, roofing contractors, and reconstruction teams that require professional estimating, documentation, and supplement support.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with contractors, understands the insurance restoration industry, and can clearly explain the value of accurate estimating and organized claim management.

• Develop relationships with restoration contractors, mitigation companies, and reconstruction firms.
• Present estimating, supplementing, and claim support services to prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, video meetings, email outreach, and networking.
• Explain service workflows, turnaround expectations, and file management processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and active contractor accounts.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and account activity within company systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and service setup for new contractor clients.
• Assist in identifying contractor pain points and communicating service solutions effectively.

Candidates should have prior experience in restoration, roofing, insurance claims, contractor sales, or business development. Familiarity with Xactimate, supplements, claim workflows, or carrier interactions is strongly preferred.

This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, relationship-building ability, and the confidence to speak with contractors and business owners in a consultative sales environment.
