WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED ESTIMATORS

We are seeking highly experienced Property Loss Estimators with a minimum of 10 years of field and estimating experience in the insurance restoration industry. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of residential and commercial losses, carrier estimating standards, documentation requirements, and reconstruction practices. This role requires the ability to independently manage complex claim files while producing clear, accurate, and defensible estimates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of identifying overlooked damages, code-related requirements, and scope discrepancies across a wide range of property losses.

• Create detailed Xactimate and Symbility estimates for residential and commercial losses.
• Analyze carrier scopes, identify omissions, and develop defensible supplemental documentation.
• Review site documentation including photos, sketches, moisture mapping, and supporting reports.
• Maintain organized claim files with accurate notes, documentation, and communication logs.
• Coordinate with contractors, mitigation teams, consultants, and internal reviewers as needed.
• Understand reconstruction sequencing, material application standards, and code-related impacts.
• Deliver estimates and revisions within established turnaround timelines.
• Assist in quality control review and maintain internal estimating standards.

Candidates should have extensive experience handling fire, water, storm, and complex structural losses. Strong communication skills, estimating platform proficiency, and the ability to work independently are required. Prior carrier, independent adjusting, restoration, or public adjusting experience is preferred.

Attention to detail, file accuracy, and the ability to produce carrier-ready documentation are essential to this role.
